Knee supports Ordered from what appeared to be an Australian company. Email communication all had an Australian vibe. Tracking info originally was from Mexico but was accurate. When they arrived were far too big for me. Problems arose when trying to return for refund. Address is a warehouse in China. Won't give me a recognisable email address or a mobile number which couriers need for customs which means they may not get delivered so I wouldn't get a refund. I'll have to try to sell them on at a loss. Supports themselves seem to be good quality and well made. Don't use this company.....not what they seem to be.

Check first BEWARE!! Do not buy from this company .. super inflated prices, no possibility of communication …I received the pump action wine bottle openers in plain cellophane envelopes.. nothing else, went online and found exactly the same ones at 10th of the price and more… I am very ashamed that I didn’t check.. my fault for having fallen into this trap… so do be aware they are scammers!!!! I was very disappointed with the product as it looks like a flimsy plastic toy from a $2.00 shop in Australia. It definitely does not shine 40 times brighter as advertised and will not charge. False advertising for an expensive fake product. Also any correspondence is always in Mexican which I cannot understand but funnily was advertised in English.
