Patricia Beatriz, Patricia Beatriz, Analytical know how and operational problem-solving measures resolved complex troubles between my agent; both in a remote location. She had the patience to take the time and wait as we trouble shooter’d the issues with Batch and educated us on other technology. I can’t thank her enough for her help in a stressful situation.
