Very Interactive and Personal Class Valerio is very interactive and personal. He created a safe space where we can share and learn together. I felt like he always made sure we were following along and on the same page as him. As an instructor he is very insightful, but also as an experienced professional he is very knowledgeable. Every question I had was answered. I finished class knowing a lot more than I had coming into it. Great class.

We could all see and admire his years of experience as he diligently impacted us with his knowledge through informative slides, group activities, and quizzes. The workshop provided some very concrete and easy-to-follow tools and the session has a nice balance of theory and practice. I am just speechless. interesting lessons interesting lessons, the scheduling was perfect. Nice idea to plan one hour with the trainer, as to discuss doubts. Maybe it would have been useful to have some more examples linked to "real life" in different kind of organization (es. how to spread agile framework in big companies not agile at all - from what can we start?)

CSM Training In the first place I would like to thank Valerio Zanini, who has coached me in succeeding for CSM certification. His style of teaching and innovative techniques motivated me. Spent a weekend to learn the fundamentals of Scrum and now I am a Certified Scrum Master. Shout out to the people whom I met in the online session. It was such a worth while experience.
