EXCELLENT ATENTION, I will always use Premium Land in the future It was so hard to buy products on some servers but Roman is the most patient person I have ever seen. Step by step was guiding me and I made two purchases when I was trying to be a Free user all my life long instead of a Premium one because of the terribly complicated way of buying anything. My congratulations to him. If I had a big company one day, I would contract this person. Good customer service experience I had some trouble using my Paysafecard first, but the support was helpful and fast. Premium Access works great now, I can recommend this service.

Agent: Roman Agent, Roman, was very patient. He helped me with an activation issue that took over 30 minutes to resolve. Although I ran into many obstacles, he stayed with me and helped me until I was able to successfully activate my product.

In a day and age where everything is so… In a day and age where everything is so cryptic, when I began the payment process, the emails were in non-english. Being in the usa, I needed correspondences to be in english, and the chat assistant quickly converted the emails. Then at the end of transaction all he needed was a screen shot of the email to prove payment occurred to complete the transaction
