USDiligent customer care rep! I had a real problem (partly due to my own mistakes) making my premium payment. The customer service chat fellow was so helpful! He did his very best and stayed on the line for a long time with multiple options for resolution. We finally found one that worked. In the future, I won't make the same mistake I made and I'm sure it will be SMOOTH sailing!

USIn a day and age where everything is so… In a day and age where everything is so cryptic, when I began the payment process, the emails were in non-english. Being in the usa, I needed correspondences to be in english, and the chat assistant quickly converted the emails. Then at the end of transaction all he needed was a screen shot of the email to prove payment occurred to complete the transaction
