I have used SaneBox for many years and… I have used SaneBox for many years and don't know how I'd get by without it. SaneBox has enabled me to schedule unanswered emails to pop back into my inbox whenever I chose; sometimes I chose 2 hours, other times 2 weeks. This feature has eliminated the stress I used to feel about how to keep of my email communications. I hope that someday Google buys this product and incorporates into the gmail features.

Glad to be back using SaneBox I used SaneBox a few years ago at a previous employer. As a partner in a legal practice, I decided it was time to start using it again to get my email back under control. I am getting to Inbox Zero more often. Love the SaneNoReplies feature that tells me people who have not responded - enables me to plan callbacks more accurately.

Sanebox has drastically helped keep my inbox clean and allow me to focus on the important emails during my day. The sanelater and sanereminder features have been a great tool to keep my inbox count low, while not letting any emails slip through the cracks.

There are similar offerings out there, but they either sell my data or send additional advertisements. SaneBox costs a little money but it is so worth it. I love being able to train it by simply moving an email to the appropriate folder. Their customer support has also been quick and helpful when I needed to configure something more advanced.

A smart way to automatically sort your… A smart way to automatically sort your emails in mailboxes. it connect directly to your IMAP/Exchange mailboxes using your credential and automatically sort your emails using some kind of AI (or Bayesian filtering IMHO). Just train it's brain by sorting a few emails manually, and it learn your patterns. Many other useful options (delay emails, auto-hide, auto-archive, auto-answer, auto-forward, ...). It works flawlessly. You can pretty much make it do whatever you need. Design and usability of the web app could be improved. You may finally understand how to configure it thanks to their onboarding process, but the design sucks forever ;-) A real time saver well worth the value of the subscription. If you struggle through your email inbox, get this fix.
