GBI have used sandbox for many years now and love it. I have used sandbox for many years now. It continues to be a trusted help in keeping my mailbox sane. Today I cut back to needing to only manage 2 mailboxes instead of 4. I was disappointed that "lunch" only has 6 features per mailbox instead of the unlimited I had previously. A quick chat with their web attendant and they customized for me so I am unlimited with a small additional fee and not needing to buy the full dinner plan.

GBI've been using SaneBox for many years… I've been using SaneBox for many years now. It's great for keeping my emails in order; helps me see what's important to read right away and what can wait. By categorizing my emails and using SaneBox to train what goes where, I can also cut down on my email addiction by priortizing what I want to keep and what I should realistically unsubscribe from. While Gmail folders are great, adding SaneBox automates the sorting process much more easily.

GBSanebox saves me so much time Sanebox saves me so much time. There are emails I receive that I want to eventually read but not when I am expecting important business email. Sanebox automatically puts those emails in a separate mail folder so that my inbox only contains emails I need to see now. I accidentally turned on mail forwarding to my second email address and was reminded of why I use Sanebox. My phone received 75 sales emails and wouldn’t stop beeping with new email notifications. If I had to check what those emails were I’d never get any work done.

GBGave Me My Life Back My inbox has been a source of constant stress for years now. Google's filtering "solutions" were zero help in the long run (not surprising since their business model exponentially increases the rate that we're all spammed). I was amazed how relaxed I felt when all that was taken away by SaneBox. It was an immediate - "It's all gone, Yay!" I am genuinely grateful to SaneBox for containing all the toxic garbage so that I don't even lay eyeballs on it. That was the most critical thing - not interacting with it at all, except as grouped labeled items, which kept it abstract and manageable because you can apply theory to your choices. Even seeing newsletters or non-actionable email creates a decision-overwhelm on a daily basis, and no one can afford this or should be forced in that position anymore. I believe an inbox filled with stuff we don't want and didn't really ask for is a violation of our civil rights - the electronic equivalent of door to door salesmen knocking on your house every 3 minutes, all day, every day. SaneBox is a restoration of civility. It really should be internet law.

BEA smart way to automatically sort your… A smart way to automatically sort your emails in mailboxes. it connect directly to your IMAP/Exchange mailboxes using your credential and automatically sort your emails using some kind of AI (or Bayesian filtering IMHO). Just train it's brain by sorting a few emails manually, and it learn your patterns. Many other useful options (delay emails, auto-hide, auto-archive, auto-answer, auto-forward, ...). It works flawlessly. You can pretty much make it do whatever you need. Design and usability of the web app could be improved. You may finally understand how to configure it thanks to their onboarding process, but the design sucks forever ;-) A real time saver well worth the value of the subscription. If you struggle through your email inbox, get this fix.
