Our parish has used flocknotes for…Stay in touch with Parish Family Our parish has used flocknotes for several years. We find it a very reasonable way to stay in touch with our parish family. Since covid we install cameras in our church in order to live stream Mass. Each week I send out a flocknote to tell those who cannot come to Mass the time we will be live streaming. If I happen to forget I receive many reply from those watching it. This has let me know that many people who are sick or homebound is watching our Mass. My experience with flocknotes has been very positive.

Flocknote - tested and expanding use at our parish Five years ago, our parish was considering communication systems. Although we chose an app-based system for the parish, the Faith Formation team Flocknote so we could send messages to those registered in our programs. What a smart idea that we chose Flocknote! The app-based system has not met needs of parish...and we are now rolling out a parish-wide use of Flocknote. Easy-to-use tool, constantly enhancing functions, expanding content (e.g., library graphics and templates), and very friendly & professional staff. With our limited budget, Flocknote is cost-effective and great quality. Thank you!

great communication tool I find Flocknote is well-organized, user-friendly, and it really does what it says it will. I had a small "learning curve" adding contacts, but once my information was correctly entered, I had no trouble communicating. I work with children, so knowing my text messages are read by their parents in a timely manner is a necessity. Flocknote makes this easy! I do wish adding pictures to a text did not require an added fee. Flocknote is a reliable resource for me, and I use it regularly.

Flocknote allows us to reach our parishioners Flocknote allows us to reach our parishioners weekly, daily, and each weekend with the latest and greatest news from our parish. We send daily inspirations, a mid week update, and weekend recorded Masses. The feedback from parishioners is very positive. They are able to select which emails they receive and which they want to opt out of. During covid flocknote has been a saving grace for us to reach everyone. Flocknote "happiness engineers" are always helpful when a problem arises.

One month user! I've only been on Flocknote for one month so I'm just learning, but I've already found it very useful for our church. I've been blown away by the responsiveness of the Happiness Engineers ;). They've been so helpful and pleasant. Still learning, but those of us in leadership are already using the system alot. Two texts out to the entire congregation today alone!!
