Flocknote seems like it has good training, but we've been able to get a number of admins up and running without any training. We made the tool available and people just ran with it!

We love being part of the flock We love flocknote! It has been a terrific way to keep in touch with our parishioners especially during Covid. It is easy enough for the entire staff to use. The few times we have encountered problems our happiness engineers have been great about helping us find solutions. For example: I needed to figure out how to change a setting recently and Ann sent me a brief video explaining a work around and making the change was a breeze.

She not only sent me the directions on how to do the requested item, but even did the work for me in the backend. What a wonderful helper, something I've never experienced before. Flocknote has been a real God-send in… Flocknote has been a real God-send in these most difficult of times. It has brought together, in many positive ways, our Parish Community, even to the point of restoring people's faith. Many of those, currently unable to attend Mass, have felt included through watching the recorded Masses and the excellent Word on Fire teaching resources. It is so easy to access and navigate without the need for Log-ins and passwords. God bless you all.

great communication tool I find Flocknote is well-organized, user-friendly, and it really does what it says it will. I had a small "learning curve" adding contacts, but once my information was correctly entered, I had no trouble communicating. I work with children, so knowing my text messages are read by their parents in a timely manner is a necessity. Flocknote makes this easy! I do wish adding pictures to a text did not require an added fee. Flocknote is a reliable resource for me, and I use it regularly.
