Good tool, not quite great We've used this for our local Troops of St. George organization and it's been a great tool. There are a few enhancements I believe would take it from good to great. The ability to create multi-channel notifications at the same time vs. creating them separately would be a nice feature. Also, the ability to click 'edit' on a group to add multiple members to various groups is lacking too. The pricing tiers seem rather aggressive for what it offers. In my opinion it would seem to be prudent to have them in 50-member increments for each pricing tier or use the Squarespace model of charging a flat rate so it doesn't feel cost prohibitive to add more members.

Flocknote has been a real God-send in… Flocknote has been a real God-send in these most difficult of times. It has brought together, in many positive ways, our Parish Community, even to the point of restoring people's faith. Many of those, currently unable to attend Mass, have felt included through watching the recorded Masses and the excellent Word on Fire teaching resources. It is so easy to access and navigate without the need for Log-ins and passwords. God bless you all.

The Flocknote Happiness Engineers are amazing! They are always very quick to respond with detailed, easy-to-follow explanations & suggestions. We have asked for help many (many many) times & they have always answered our queries precisely. We have had help by written email, video instructions tailored to address our question, or a phone call. Their assistance is so helpful & outstanding, & it often gives us more options than we could have imagined. They almost always makes any process even easier, teach us something that we can use to solve future issues, or introduce us to ways to use Flocknote that we had yet to discover. We are the biggest Flocknote fans!

Flocknote - tested and expanding use at our parish Five years ago, our parish was considering communication systems. Although we chose an app-based system for the parish, the Faith Formation team Flocknote so we could send messages to those registered in our programs. What a smart idea that we chose Flocknote! The app-based system has not met needs of parish...and we are now rolling out a parish-wide use of Flocknote. Easy-to-use tool, constantly enhancing functions, expanding content (e.g., library graphics and templates), and very friendly & professional staff. With our limited budget, Flocknote is cost-effective and great quality. Thank you!

Very helpful tool for us to communicate… Very helpful tool for us to communicate with each other. #1: Emails and texts get delivered. #2: Easy to import contacts and get started. #3: Groups and administrative roles are intuitive and match the way we actually work. #4: Intuitive experience to get people started. Flocknote seems like it has good training, but we've been able to get a number of admins up and running without any training. We made the tool available and people just ran with it!
