Exceeded my expectations! Extremely quick turn-around, 100% data was recovered, recovered data was placed on a new drive with the exact same formatting (Apple), and there were no hidden fees or charges. It may be rare to truly need to recover data from a dead drive, but if I ever need to try recovering data from a dead drive again, I will be using Datarecovery.com Inc. for certain!
