Quality beats Quantity With expert things like this come the risk of losing everything and to ensure that I didn't these guys really provided just what I needed, I had a server problem and the raid on the ssd got corrupted then I went to these guys and then amazingly enough! They fixed the files fantastic results!

Made things better After discussing my situation with the customer rep and then discussing things with the director of operations. We came to a understanding that the ball was dropped. I discussed my concerns and why we were upset with their company. Overall after our discussion i came away feeling much better about what had happened. Would i use this company again? Maybe. For a solid state drive probably not, but for a physical hard drive i would give them a second shot.

One of alternate organizations I sent my drive to made me feel like in the event that I didn't purchase the most lavish thing they could offer me, then there was no reason for purchasing anything by any means. So that is the thing that I did. I didn't purchase anything at all from them, and I sent my crash into File Retrieval for the free diagnostics. Nobody made me feel compelled. It took a short time, yet I recovered all my stuff.
