This service saved my life! So I accidentally dropped a bottle of air freshener on my wife's laptop and it landed right on the hard drive bay, killing the computer completely. She was irate and thought she was going to lose all of her information. (Pictures, videos, work-related material, and even a novel she had written.) Lucky for me I found FIleRetrieval and they saved absolutely everything from the hard drive. I owe my life to FileRetrieval!

OUTSTANDING SERVICE As with any endeavor, there will be glitches that need to be worked out. Our company encountered a glitch and when I reached out to David at File Retrieval, he not only listened to our problem, he came up with a viable solution. As a business owner, I greatly appreciated David's prompt, courteous attention to my problem. He recognized that we had a serious issue, and went out of his way to rectify the problem. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has had a problem and needs help retreiving their file system.

Made things better After discussing my situation with the customer rep and then discussing things with the director of operations. We came to a understanding that the ball was dropped. I discussed my concerns and why we were upset with their company. Overall after our discussion i came away feeling much better about what had happened. Would i use this company again? Maybe. For a solid state drive probably not, but for a physical hard drive i would give them a second shot.
