I switched from the other big tracking company for my Shopify store because there was some graphic-integration issues for my tracking page with the other company, but that is not the only reason for my review. The customer service has always been pretty responsive for the past year or so since I switched to ParcelPanel. It is easy to tell that their customer service is not outsourced to someone reading a script, and that their agents actually know their job and the technology involved. When I added a smaller international carrier and had some issues with their tracking integration, Mig in particular has always showed interest in relaying to her team the details to make the improvements, and in short to make ParcelPanel work for my business needs. Keep up the good work!
