INTerrible Counting System. You must know before purchasing Normally, I always try to point out positive things about companies as we understand the negative reviews. This app is absolutely best for tracking as compared trackingmore however their counting system is terrible. For eg, if u have purchased 200 quote plan which we did, and you received total 220 orders including all the cancelled orders, failed orders, pending and some fake order which we do as testing, they will count. For this sole reason, we had to switch to trackingmore because their counting system calculated based on the awb assigned to the orders.

CALet ParcelPanel work for you too! I switched from the other big tracking company for my Shopify store because there was some graphic-integration issues for my tracking page with the other company, but that is not the only reason for my review. The customer service has always been pretty responsive for the past year or so since I switched to ParcelPanel. It is easy to tell that their customer service is not outsourced to someone reading a script, and that their agents actually know their job and the technology involved. When I added a smaller international carrier and had some issues with their tracking integration, Mig in particular has always showed interest in relaying to her team the details to make the improvements, and in short to make ParcelPanel work for my business needs. Keep up the good work!
