The customer service has always been pretty responsive for the past year or so since I switched to ParcelPanel. It is easy to tell that their customer service is not outsourced to someone reading a script, and that their agents actually know their job and the technology involved. When I added a smaller international carrier and had some issues with their tracking integration, Mig in particular has always showed interest in relaying to her team the details to make the improvements, and in short to make ParcelPanel work for my business needs.
