Let ParcelPanel work for you too! I switched from the other big tracking company for my Shopify store because there was some graphic-integration issues for my tracking page with the other company, but that is not the only reason for my review. The customer service has always been pretty responsive for the past year or so since I switched to ParcelPanel. It is easy to tell that their customer service is not outsourced to someone reading a script, and that their agents actually know their job and the technology involved. When I added a smaller international carrier and had some issues with their tracking integration, Mig in particular has always showed interest in relaying to her team the details to make the improvements, and in short to make ParcelPanel work for my business needs. Keep up the good work!

Easy to use and integrate. I loved installing this plugin and starting to use it immediately. It was very easy to integrate with the design of the website, while also getting value out of needs to both notify customers and the automated parts of making your life easier for having control over orders.
