I always receive a response within minutes (during opening hours) and what I appreciate very much is that they offer weekly online workshops, coaching calls, updates etc., free of charge for members. You can be as hands on or hands off as you want when it comes to setup and management of your webinars. The support team will do it for you if you're not comfortable creating the webinar at first. Their knowledge base is full of great tutorials and tips. I haven't seen a better system with better people running it. I highly recommend this service to anyone wanting to incorporate webinars into their marketing, training, or lead generation. Simply the best out there.
