Workflow Magic was Magic Our team collaborated with Lydia Agopian, the CEO & Founder of Workflow Magic, to develop our Monday boards and establish our creative form process. We initiated weekly calls to ensure both parties understood the requirements and capabilities for each task. Lydia and her team successfully crafted everything we desired, including necessary automations to streamline our workflow. Our final project involved integrating an app from Monday to automate the conversion of submitted forms into PDFs. Workflow Magic completed all projects on time and provided thorough walkthroughs for each, enabling us to take ownership post-project. Exceptional service!

Clunky Workflow VS Professional I hired Lydia to build a workflow for my company that was easy to use. I sent here detailed information along with a drawing of our workflow. I had to spend several hours on ZOOM with her trying to explain what I wanted. After many weeks, I gave up working with her and found a company in Australia. I sent them the same information I sent Lydia. The design is exactly what I wanted with a few minor changes/updates. They both built a "workflow". Lydia built one that is "Clucky" and upstreamtech.io in Austrailia built one that can run a business The difference in cost is 100% worth it.

Huge gratitude for Workflow Magic We are SOOO grateful to Lydia and Victoria for helping Hollywood 4WRD unlock the power of Monday.com. Under their excellent coaching, guidance and support, our team transitioned from using the platform only as a checklist to a robust communication and project management tool. We are communicating more effectively now and working more efficiently, all thanks to the truly game-changing consultation from the Workflow Magic team. We've already referred several colleagues to them and truly can't recommend them strongly enough!

Workflow Magic is the Best! Workflow Magic listened carefully to what I needed out of Monday.com and delivered. Working with Victoria was so easy and great. She really knows how to execute and her communication was excellent. I will be hiring them again for any future projects.
