Amazing service! Amazing service!! I was able to get 2 cell phone extractions for the price of 1. The deleted text messages I was able to recovery proved that my story was real & I wasn’t lying. Stressful time made much better thanks to the team of investigators at Octo Forensics.

Above and Beyond! Octo was very responsive and got to work immediately on a weekend! They went above and beyond to help me identify issues with my phone and suggested immediate remedies. They were knowledgeable and even offered free information and advice.

Dereck reassured me that my phone was… Dereck reassured me that my phone was in good hands! Got to meet him at the National City police department where I dropped my phone off and when he was done he was kind enough to bring it to my job. Great service! Fast and efficient! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for this kind of service.

Cheaper, better, and a more comfortable service compared to others I worked with Derick and he was amazing. Very easy and comforting to talk to. He was my investigator, and I am so glad I got in contact with the business. I would highly recommended this place. It is also much cheaper than other platforms and offers the same service. I would not recommend Digital forensics corp! This company can do the same thing, and do it MUCH cheaper. They are not here to take your money, they are here to help you unlike digital forensics corp. Thank you Derick!

Awesome Service I was so pleased with the service Octo digital forensics provided. After losing my data to my phone locking me out and having to go through a factory reset I was afraid I had lost all of my priceless pet photos and videos. After calling 6 other recovery companies and told it could not be recovered, Derick assured me he would do everything he could to recover my photos and videos. Thanks to Derick, I have the majority of my data back. Thank you for your time and expertise.
