Dereck reassured me that my phone was… Dereck reassured me that my phone was in good hands! Got to meet him at the National City police department where I dropped my phone off and when he was done he was kind enough to bring it to my job. Great service! Fast and efficient! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for this kind of service.

Most honest and helpful company to work with Derick was the most honest and helpful person I have spoken with regarding my case. He really helped to uncover the information I desperately needed to win my case. There is no other company I would use for forensic services and I highly recommend them. Troy W

I cannot speak more highly of Derik… I cannot speak more highly of Derik Downs and Octo. I was concerned about some issues and he personally talked to me and reassured me how to resolve them. I have never come across someone so smart and yet so down to earth and willing to help. He answers back right away and makes you feel so comfortable. I highly recommend him!!!!!
