GBSanket's Excellent Customer Service Sanket, Data Recovery Associate, very quickly answered all my questions, helping me to understand that the $39.95 charge made today via PayPal to my bank account was for a subscription renewal of the bitraser-file product that I bought a year ago. The product worked fine, but I don't need or want to renew the subscription. Sanket assured me that he forwarded my request to cancel the renewal and receive a $39.95 refund to your refund management team, who will process the refund for the renewal order for Stellar File Eraser #233591834. INgood software, great post sales service as well I had purchased a key long time ago, and had been using the data recovery software without any issues. But unfortunately, my system was infected with virus, and it was not able to boot, and I lost all the data, including the license. I contacted the customer care, and the executive Dheeraj Shukla helped me to recover my key, which would be sent through email.
