GBSanket's Excellent Customer Service Sanket, Data Recovery Associate, very quickly answered all my questions, helping me to understand that the $39.95 charge made today via PayPal to my bank account was for a subscription renewal of the bitraser-file product that I bought a year ago. The product worked fine, but I don't need or want to renew the subscription. Sanket assured me that he forwarded my request to cancel the renewal and receive a $39.95 refund to your refund management team, who will process the refund for the renewal order for Stellar File Eraser #233591834.
