Second laptop from them! Love them. I ordered from xotic pc several years ago, that laptop has been rock solid. I've always built my own custom gaming rig, but when it comes to custom laptops this is the place to buy from. Great laptops with quality parts, and pricing is great.

This is the 6th computer I've ordered… This is the 6th computer I've ordered from Xotic for my family. A Havoc, Tomahawk, Razer, Meshify, and two MSI laptops. I keep coming back due to the flexibility of custom builds and the affordability of pre-builds.

Customization There are things I would like to talk about customization the spec that I like and don't like. Compare to other company, I really think xoticpc provide better choice to customize the spec of the PC/laptop that you want. However I hope it could still be improved to take care some people who don't really use the computer for gaming. For example, I might need a powerful CPU and a lot of RAM. But I don't need a powerful GPU, eGPU is good enough for my use case. I don't think xoticpc consider such scenario. It would be good if xoticpc could provide more accurate estimated time to expect to get the computer during the purchase.
