If you have question, you'll get a response the same day, and often time its in the form of a video that will walk you through exactly what to do to fix your specific issue.

The constantly blame Amazon. When I set a minimum of $27 and it sells for $23, this is Seller Snap's software poorly working, not Amazon's API. There are other repricers out there. Some are better than others. This is by far the most overpriced repricer out there.
