Since we've begun using it, we've seen our sales steadily and consistantly increasing. We've also noted that the percentage of time we are winning the buybox is increasing. Customer support is fantastic. If you have question, you'll get a response the same day, and often time its in the form of a video that will walk you through exactly what to do to fix your specific issue.

Even without their help, turning on the AI repricer, setting some mins and maxes and letting it ride out will give you fantastic results feels a little pricey for smaller sellers, but it pays for itself once you get it going. literally. overall an amazing product. very little downside if any. great product support from the team.

Over the years I used a few different rule-based repricers and I was spending a couple of hours a day, playing around with the settings. On top of that, for some top-selling items we would constantly get into price wars killing our profit margins. We switched to Seller Snap last year and it’s definitely worth it. It’s saving us a ton of time, and switching over, I could clearly see an increase in the BuyBox share, and more importantly in profit and profit margins. Great Product & Amazing Customer Service! We had heard many things about how great SellerSnap was and for the longest time, we held out because of the price. However, we were beginning to run into some issues with the repricer we were using at the time and decided to try it out and see how things went. We haven't looked back! Onboarding for us was so smooth and they have a great team to help you figure out your way. Even after onboarding, they have continued to be responsive and helpful. The product itself made an instant positive change as we saw old inventory finding its wings and selling. We're big fans now!

Best repricer out there by far Best repricer out there. Avoids price wars, does not lives for undercutting by pennies like other horrible repricers that are really bad for the amazon ecosystem. Lot of features for control your listings. Great filters to play with. I would recommend for sure to any amazon seller with big revenues.
