Issue has been resolved The technician responded to our issue promptly, Kevin was unable to access my computer due to a firewall issue, so we rescheduled for an hour later so I could resolve this issue internally. Keith followed up and diligently worked through the issue until he resolved it. The issue seems to be resolved in a relatively short time.

Handled my issue right away Steve understood the issues i was facing setting up security (dkim/dmarc settings) in my microsoft 365 account. he took over and said he would make sure everything is set up properly.

Stellar customer service/onboarding experience! the technician that helped me, Scott, was very patient and explained everything clearly, and did not mind repeating things for me. he also answered every question I had and made sure I was ready to start working using my new virtual desktop, just as I normally work on my local desktop.
