NZExcellent technical support from Steve @ Apps4Rent I've been wrestling with Microsoft not freeing up old 365 tenant names for some time. This resulted in my having a temporary tenant name for some years. Micirosoft has changed it's policy and practice, so I took another crack at it. After a series of interactions with Apps4Rent and Microsoft 365 Support, Steve, from Apps4Rent sorted it out - including a whole lot of related/consequential issues. I'm confident that the final step - correcting the SharePoint subdomain to reflect the corrected tenant name - will get sorted off-line.

GBApps4Rent is a super star! Cathy is a super star. She returned my call to let me explain two issues concerning access to files via remote access and via OneDrive. She informed me that they can provide a comprehensive support program for not only the VDI they provide for us but also the Microsoft 365 and other hosted products, e.g. Quickbooks, etc. We have been pleased with the service and support and are now evaluating her offer to become our single point of contact for the whole suite of services. After all, when does Microsoft call you back? Cathy does and will. If you need these services, by all means call them and get a feel for the character they reflect in the attention they give.
