Excellent platform with best in class support We've been a client of IMS going on 3 years now the platform has greatly exceeded our expectations. IMS was well worth the investment from day one and has only become more valuable with their regular rollout of new features and improved functionality. It's a game changer for anyone in the real estate investment business.

Great people; need better reporting The IMS members I have worked with have all been fantastic and very knowledgeable and helpful. The reason for only 3 stars is the fact the investor reporting function is not up to par and my investors stress their frustrations frequently. The statements are run based on a date range, yet they haven't figured out a way to use that ending date on the date range to show accrued pref to that date along with unpaid pref and remaining capital balances. Once these metrics are easily available to send to investors in summary form, then I would increase my star rating

IMS is a great resource IMS has been a very useful tool for our company, it has given us the resources to manage our growing company and communicate with our investors. Getting the software running was a smooth process with the help of our implementation manager Alex. He was amazing to work with and made himself available for any questions and to provide guidance throughout.
