RealPage AIM Review Great product. My implementation experience was very enjoyable. My analyst, Danielle Neely, was knowledgeable, patient and helpful. She did a wonderful job walking me through the system and making sure I had all the resources that I would need.

Great people; need better reporting The IMS members I have worked with have all been fantastic and very knowledgeable and helpful. The reason for only 3 stars is the fact the investor reporting function is not up to par and my investors stress their frustrations frequently. The statements are run based on a date range, yet they haven't figured out a way to use that ending date on the date range to show accrued pref to that date along with unpaid pref and remaining capital balances. Once these metrics are easily available to send to investors in summary form, then I would increase my star rating
