GBIMS has been more than accommodating IMS has been more than accommodating. We have had a number of hiccups (on our side-of-the-house) and IMS has maintained pace with us. We have had a fantastic experience thus far.

GBOverall Overall, I am satisfied, but some times it would be nice if I was able to call the IMS help desk person if an issue is emailed back and forth several times. I feel like I cannot always get my questions across and the IMS help desk either doesn't understand my question or I can't understand their response.

GBThe onboarding process is clear The onboarding process is clear. It's extremely helpful to have a champion on the company-side of things to manage the workflow...we didn't do a good enough job of that, but IMS was always there to help keep us on track
