IMS is a great resource IMS has been a very useful tool for our company, it has given us the resources to manage our growing company and communicate with our investors. Getting the software running was a smooth process with the help of our implementation manager Alex. He was amazing to work with and made himself available for any questions and to provide guidance throughout.

Overall Overall, I am satisfied, but some times it would be nice if I was able to call the IMS help desk person if an issue is emailed back and forth several times. I feel like I cannot always get my questions across and the IMS help desk either doesn't understand my question or I can't understand their response.

IMS was well worth the investment from day one and has only become more valuable with their regular rollout of new features and improved functionality. The investor portal is terrific and the… The investor portal is terrific and the bones of the product are solid. We need better (or any) reporting ability and overall metrics for the investor portfolio (i.e. avg rate of return across all investments).
