True and dependable The customer service was wonderful. I enjoyed using Efax. Efax is fast and accurate. I will recommend Efax to anyone that needs a reliable faxing service on their mobile phone. Easy to use The site was easy to use, I needed it temporarily while our office machine was getting worked on. It is very convenient to add to the computer and move documents from scanner to file to fax. When I cancelled, I was offered a $5 per month limited use package which I will consider in the future. Russ has the 'Aloha' Russ answered all my questions and assisted in familiarizing the fax process. Checked my account and saved me $$$. In this day and economy, saving $$$ is important because of inflated price of goods, services. I've been a customer of over 10 years I beleive.
