GBGRADE F F - Unable to CANCEL! I had to get my bank involved to get this scam company to stop taking money from my bank. It took months to be released from this entity. Find a more reputable online Fax service. It's also impossible to understand the customer service reps when calling in... I was unable to cancel my account because I couldn't log into my account, and that's the only way the customer service reps said I could cancel. They refused to help me until I logged in, and they couldn't assist me to do so.
