The support staff is amazing ! The support staff is absolutely outstanding. They are very responsive, answer all questions in very short delays and liaise with the captain whenever it is necessary.

No one contacted us No one contacted us about location and then next morning boat was no running for mechanical issues. Owner said he get us on another boat and call me back in 15-20 minutes. I called him twice after 40 minutes and no answer. Do not use this service.
