Awful customer service I dont trust them Awful customer service. Had to cancel my charter 5 weeks before trip. Requested refund.Did not receive no email explanation why. Emailed fishing booker and was told refund could not go back to the cc used, they had changed service provider. Only way to get refund was through PayPal. Set up an account, then tried to get refund. Link was disabled. Emailed fishing booker again, they resent. PayPal charges a fee and is holding money for 21 days. Refund is a small amount total but it's the principal of it all. Will not use fishing booker again. I dont trust them.
