I have waited up to 1 week to get a response to very simple questions; if i got an answer at all; every "personal sales agent" is called Rick or Ricky, which means they dont even try to pretend like there are "personal sales agents" at all. The website sometimes does not work if you want to import products. You get various error messages from time to time. All this even though i purchased their most expensive subscription.

Started recently Started recently, the customer service is good. The agent responded almost immediately when I texted. The shipping time offered is 7-8 days which isn't bad at all compared to other sites.

The best fulfillment company for dropshipping I've been using USADrop for almost 1.5 years now and they're the best dropshipping fulfilment company. They have very good shipping time and prices, I've never had a customer complain about the quality of the product that they received. I've been in contact with April and Rick and they're both really good their jobs!
