CA$730 USD in my account Stolen UPDATE: Thanks for resolving the matter within 4 hours. Money received in my PayPal account. Delay was due to the two week Chinese New Year Holiday. And, couldn't log in due to platform update on your end. Able to log in again. Appreciate Michael's help! I had $730 USD in my account. They Stole it! I had transferred $1500 USD. I used a little over half the amount in fulfillment payments. Our store was called Doodle.jewelry. I worked with two agents: May and Michael. Michael has been with USA drop quite a long time. Anyway, another store we were working on started to do well (Speakstories.com) so I decided to put the Doodle.jewelry on hold until after the Chinese New Year. I actually was thinking of June-July returning to USDdrop. They suggested they can return the money to my Paypal account (they even sent me heart emojis). I know Paypal does not work in China for sending money. But after little research I discovered some Chinese companies can send money with Paypal. Anyway, today checked my Paypal account.. nothing received. Then I went to my USAdrop account... I can't log in. They shut my account.

They have very good shipping time and prices, I've never had a customer complain about the quality of the product that they received. I've been in contact with April and Rick and they're both really good their jobs!

GBNO PHONE NUMBER TO SPEAK TO A REAL PERSON Numerous attempts have been made by me to contact USA DROP through Whats App. The purpose of my messages was to inquire about sending thank you cards for my company to their warehouse, and I have directed these messages to April and Rick. It has been impossible for me to speak with anyone over the phone, which has caused feelings of frustration and being overwhelmed. This has been holding up the process of my store opening. This incident occurred in December. I am hoping to get this settled soon.
