GBThis company is horrible!! This company is horrible!!! We hired them for an MS365 project and things changed after we had a face to face. We had clearly stated what we needed done in the project and they "forgot" about the request and wanted to charge us more for something we thought we had already paid for. Also, part of the project was to activate encryption for our email and their engineer told us it would be a long, drawn out process that was very difficult to accomplish. We got it working in a matter of minutes just the other day. Also, the engineer that was "working" for us, was not a good communicator. I had asked him a question about a program he installed on a server and I didn't type the exact name of the program so he said no, it was not installed. I asked again about a program he installed and then he said well, it was this. He knew what I was getting at but was very contrary and arrogant when he shouldn't be. Needless to say, we will NEVER be utilizing this company again. Their support is far below what you pay for and communication is non-existent. I highly recommend researching this if you have any upcoming projects and need assistance before contacting them.

GBLove their unlimited remote support Love their unlimited remote support! Our on-site engineer is one of the smartest, most patient people we've ever had work on our I.T. We've been with Cal Net for years and expect to grow with them for years to come!!!

GBCal Net Done Cal Net's primary objective is their bottom line and not their loyal customers. If you are a small SMB with minimal needs they may be a good fit but enterprise customers will be frustrated by the lack of available experienced engineers. They have a very difficult time keeping anyone with a serious track record on staff. We have a saying at our site which is "Cal Net Done." This is what happens whens Cal Net finishes a task and tells us it's complete. It typically needs more work and is not actually finished. We refer to this as a Cal Net Done status. So, when someone on my staff tells me they've completed a config I may ask is it finished or Cal Net Done?
