Disappointed with lack of support Was disappointed with lack of support in last webinar. Probably lost a big client over it and nothing offered by Confertel to help me repair relationship with my client. We're a long time Confertel user and now unlikely at all to go back. User experience is clunky, uses non-standard terms for basic needs.

Easy Easy to use there were no technical issues on our end or the end of the people calling in.

Would like to see more We're considering alternatives that provide more video sessions, better collaboration tools, and a more cleaner intuitive interface.
