User experience is clunky, uses non-standard terms for basic needs.

CABilling practice is reason for not having 5 star rating Only thing holding back from 5 star rating is your billing conditions. We would prefer to have invoice terms of Net30 instead of billing to a credit card

GBExcellent Service We've never had any technical difficulties or other problems. The cost is a little steep, but I feel it's worth it to not worry about connectivity issues.
