I would give them more than 5 stars if… I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!! I chose them because they were the first company I talked to that was patient enough to make sure I understood every detail. Every other place was avoiding my questions and just kept saying the same things but with different phrasing. My account manager WAS THE BEST! He updated me on every little thing and I loved talking with him. Everything online is now squeaky-clean! I cant say enough good things about this company!

I paid $4,000.00 I paid $4,000.00. Many promises were made. After they were not achieved, I was contacted by a manager and he subsequently extended my package by a few months. I was constantly contacted by the sales team to renew my contract during this period. This person told me that if I did not have a maintenance package, all the negative items would resurface in the future because they was not constantly pushing in down. I was completely turned off by this scam, they promised a product that they could not deliver. I also found that the managers did not communicate with the sales team. The right hand did not know what the left hand was doing!! The cost was ridiculous for the content. I wanted one thing removed and at the end of a year, the content was still number one on the goggle search. Look elsewhere.

They helped me reshape my whole brand image and got my name into some huge places. I still work with them to this day and my competition can’t compete.

Our business was being attacked by… Our business was being attacked by someone who wasn't even in the same country! We reached out to every website and never heard back. They couldn’t be bothered, I guess. I spoke with Reputation Guards and they started right after we talked! We were able to move on from this and now one random individual isn’t controlling how we are seen by our customers!!
