Reputation-quards are nothing like they… Reputation-quards are nothing like they present themselves. I have a little company with a little bad links in the search engines. I found out this company and they made a great first imprison, which made me believe in their professionalism. Everything they said was amazing and the payment in advance wasn't a problem. The problem came after they couldn't do the job. The money was not returned, the links was not removed, the emails was left unanswered... You can expect these things in return for your money.

We had a patron we unfortunately had to… We had a patron we unfortunately had to refuse service to due to their obscene and abusive behavior towards our staff and other guests. This individual decided to post several complaints on every website imaginable, social media, and started a blog. We then began to receive an onslaught from all of their social media followers. Reputation Guards was able to take action on all the channels we were being attacked on. We continue to work with them and recommend them to every business that cannot afford to face a situation like ours.

It felt like an insurmountable assignment to me so I contacted Reputation guards, and they told me that they would handle it. They even cut the cost to make it more affordable for me. They began working on eliminating the site. Well it didn't worked out, even that they were constantly in touch with me. When the last day from our agreement came and nothing was done, I was asked to sign a new contract... When I asked for a refund of the first one, so I can pay for the next one, the contact with the person, who worked with me, stopped immediately. I would not work with them again.
