I feel that the cost is fair since they include shipping, but not too happy with the added cost to a third party to pay for the transaction. I would have preferred to pay Monterey County directly for the transaction, but the order was processed by VitalChek. An extra fee that was not necessary and more costly to already grieving relatives.
