GBHad problems being heard as moderator I logged in as moderator but I could not hear anyone though they could hear me. There was a lot of texting, logging in and out until I could finally be heard. Very frustrating and I'm still not sure what caused the problem. I appreciate the Free Conference.com service but found troubleshooting this problem disconcerting (I had not had this problem when I'd used the service previously). I may have entered some command inadvertently and wasn't able to reverse it - there didn't seem a way to get to a list of useful commands.

GBProven best free conference service! Easy to set up a conference, share access info with attendees, and everyone was able to dial in smoothly. Sound quality was good. Thank you for helping make things happen, in a very productive way!

GBEase of use and clarity of phone I communicate by phone with other professionals in a 5 state area holding ten separate meetings. The connection is crisp and clear affected only by the device the attendee is using. When i become more familiar with the participants I will be able to pre-list them as attendees. For the present, I only send the phone number and passcode. I need to become more conversant with all your features.

GBDid not record my scheduled call - unreliable and disappointing Did not record my scheduled call - acknowledged that it was set to record. After many many attempts to get answers from customer service, it was finally acknowledged that an error on your end - that was still not explained to me properly - was to blame. My work related call needed to be recorded and this inexplicable issue caused many problems for me. Knowing this service is so unreliable and I use it for work, I will no longer be using it.

GBBefore I found Freeconference.com Before I found Freeconference.com, I had tried two other screen sharing programs. I wanted to use screen sharing because I do graphic design, and it's an easy way to discuss revisions in real-time instead of emailing proofs back and forth. Both of the sites I tried required my customers to create a separate account, which my customers weren't comfortable doing, as it would likely cause them to start receiving incessant emails from those companies. So, I found Freeconference, and it's the only app I'll use from here on out. It's incredibly simple, and their interface is about 100 times more user-friendly than the other two anyway! Thank you Freeconference! I am soooo glad you're around!!
