I had a customer in Florida who could not manage to figure out how to use the login and she chose to use the phone contact instead. Every other customer I've worked with has found it simple to use. Love the reliability of this platform.

Freeconference was a big improvement… Freeconference was a big improvement over Zoom. Sessions longer than 40 minutes was a plus and the layout was more functional and having a telephone access was nice With a decent camera the image quality was great but i did notice that it was better in Chrome than on Firefox.

Great Resource This service is very convenient especially in these COVID times. I have no problems using the service. My group only meets several times a year so it's nice to know it's still there when we do have a need for it.
