Great service and community Recently i used the discord bot hosting and it was great, no issues, super easy to use, and the support was great when i needed help. the community is also awesome, all the staff and everyone else are really nice and are willing to help anytime if you need any assistance. 5/5 awesome host

Great, yet, not the best 1. no dedicated server plan 2. response to the ticket often takes several hours

Above and Beyond!!! Everything, Ethan was awesome, you could tell he has been working hard as he send the wrong communication to me and you know it ate him up, I told him life happens, it was funny, but again Ethan was bad ass!!! He went above and beyond, he helped point me in the right direction when I couldn't figure out my configuration, walked me through a few steps and blam, up and running. Also helped me connect to the discord to ask further questions about adding people to a whitelist.

Not a snake in the grass! I was searching around for somewhere to host my discord bot that I'm developing as a side project to streaming. I stumbled across Snakecraft after hours and hours of researching. It was way cheaper than all the other options I'd come across (and even found a nice discount code in their discord) so decided to give it a try. Initially I hit some stumbling blocks, but their support was top notch and helped me out quickly and patiently! Can't fault them so far!

Top-Notch Hosting: A Five-Star Experience with Snakecraft I've had my fair share of hosting headaches in the past, so stumbling upon Snakecraft Hosting felt like hitting the jackpot. Right from the get-go, their support team has been a lifesaver. They've been super responsive and really took the time to understand what I needed, which was a breath of fresh air compared to my previous experiences. I went with their Premium KVM VPS option, and I gotta say, it's been smooth sailing. They helped me migrate everything over without a hitch, which was a relief because I've dealt with some messy transitions before. So far, the performance has been solid, and I haven't run into any of the usual server hiccups I used to deal with. Overall, Snakecraft Hosting has been a game-changer for me. They've got that personal touch that's hard to come by in this industry, and it's made all the difference. If you're tired of unreliable hosting and want a provider that actually cares about your experience, give Snakecraft a shot. They've definitely earned my 5-star rating.
