This site is legit! I was so pleased to find my favorite discontinued eye shadow on buymebeauty. I never heard of this website, but I gave it a chance and I'm so glad I did. It was so easy to order and the product was shipped and delivered right away. I was pleased to discover free eye shadow spatulas included in my order. I would definitely purchase from buymebeauty again!

Poor packaging and no response My order arrived covered in anti-frizz serum which leaked from a bottle that was improperly packaged in the envelope. It was a huge mess to clean up the other items in the order, in addition to losing the product that leaked. I immediately sent an email to customer service, including a picture of the leaked bottle. One week (five business days) later I have not received a response. I am very disappointed in this lack of concern for the customer experience.

Already got a big cart. Only issue my coupon didnt work and i did i get my free gifts. I emailed cs immediately with screenshots and order info, never received reply or call or adjustments. I still am very happy i got my favorite discontinued item as I remember it.
