5/5 Service! Have had a Minecraft server with them for over a year now and never once had ANY issues. The uptime is nearly 100%, little-to-no downtime, fast, and most importantly affordable options. Not to mention, their (almost around them clock) support team is nothing short of amazing. They are quick to respond and quick to solve issues at hand. Good customer service The customer service is really good. I had an issue with bungeecord connectivity, and they tried their best to get the issue solved. In my opinion, their fast support is top tier.

Did not receive PAID product I purchased a VPS 3 weeks ago now. I am still waiting for a working product to be delivered to me. Reviewing the legal documents there are spelling mistakes and empty spaces where registered company details should be. E.g. company number. Don't waste your time and money with this group.
