Good customer service The customer service is really good. I had an issue with bungeecord connectivity, and they tried their best to get the issue solved. In my opinion, their fast support is top tier.

Excellent hosting - would recommend I've been running my bots on their servers for months now. I've rarely faced any critical issues that required my attention. Staff is very helpful and patient as well - I'm grateful to soulburn for helping me out with my payment methods. I hosted 3 discord bots in one server of 1gb ram, two of these bots are mid-sized public bots (2.5k servers and 500 servers) and everything worked smoothly. 10/10 would recommend

VPS Review Using for a VPS. The host is affordable, and the performance is amazing. They helped me a lot, and I look forward to continuing to work with them. Will update this review if anything changes, but so far, so good. Support is great and went as far as setting up the server for me as I was having an issue.
