Highly recommend this service Qualtranscribe staff quickly and professionally transcribed 25 interviews for my dissertation research in under a month, slightly later than the initial deadline they gave me, but far faster than any other transcriber I have worked with. There were a few typos in each transcription, something I wish had been checked over earlier, but overall the quality was very high. I will certainly use them again and recommend them to other.

The transcriptions were excellent and accurate, and the formatting made it easy to conduct an analysis. I appreciated having access to a shared folder to upload recordings and receive finished transcriptions. However, there was an extended delay in getting a number of transcripts finished and despite a number of attempts to communicate my concerns, my emails were ignored. I do understand that businesses get overwhelmed at times, and when my emails were finally answered, the situation was resolved and I received a discount for my troubles. I recommend Qualtranscribe to graduate students who need quality transcriptions at a reasonable rate.
