FIUnreliable company — never completed my order, still waiting compensation 4 months later The overall quality of the transcriptions is good, and would recommend for that. However, I have had an overall unprofessional and ridiculous service from qualtranscribe. I sent about 12 interviews to be transcribed mid July, and still, now end November, my file is not complete. It took 2 months for me to receive the second-half of my interviews. I am still waiting for the promised compensation, and they did not answer my last e-mails. I also realized that my last interview transcription was not complete, stopping 30min into a 75min interview, which I payed for. If you are any kind professional, I could not recommend this service because of these issues. Unreliable.
