Excellent customer service.. FS make sourcing and purchasing equipment simple. We have had a project on the go for a while using HP/Aruba equipment, but delays in getting the equipment is causing us issues. FS were able to recommend suitable compatible equipment at a much better price point and delivery in days or weeks instead of months. Highly recommended.

Absolute terrible service. Absolute terrible service. Sent a request of what we needed. I was given a dedicated account manager. I was informed the items chosen would work for our needs, ie Security cameras, with wifi and 24volt. Items turned up, not wifi not 24v and did not work. Even after we complained, sent them screenshots of conversations I get answer like, would you like the item repaired? Don't waste your money.....

PERFECT FIRST ORDER The Slimline CAT6 'patch' cable which I ordered from FS arrived the next day. Within minutes of removing it from the very secure packaging, I had replaced the excessively long standard 2 metre CAT 5 Ethernet lead which came with my Broadband Router with this very short (2 ft) gem. Very pleased with both the service and product itself.
