I contacted customer service and they were very accommodating and they did a wonderful job and ensured that I quickly received what I originally ordered. Herod of Parfums de Marly smells awesome! I'm very happy with my purchase and am looking forward to using it. After a pleasant experience dealing with Beauty Liv's customer service I'll be doing business with this company again in the near future.

I had ordered using the wrong email I had ordered using the wrong email. But I contacted customer service and they responded within 24 and also provided me a link with the tracking information. I had my order the next day. The cologne I got for my husband was great and I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Fantasquatic Mugler Was looking for Fantasquatic Mugler, BeautyLiv was the best price offered online. Was hesitant at first, but ordered it anyhow. We had few storms past months so my package arrived half way leaked and broken. I reached out to their customer service, they offered me 15 refund, I asked for a "good" replacement bottle, they honored it! Replacemnt Bottle arrived safe and sound. Scent despite being a tester, lasts 12 hours on my skin just what i expected.....this shop is super legit and this place now is my new fragrance shop going forward!
