We had few storms past months so my package arrived half way leaked and broken. I reached out to their customer service, they offered me 15 refund, I asked for a "good" replacement bottle, they honored it! Replacemnt Bottle arrived safe and sound. Scent despite being a tester, lasts 12 hours on my skin just what i expected.....this shop is super legit and this place now is my new fragrance shop going forward! I had ordered using the wrong email I had ordered using the wrong email. But I contacted customer service and they responded within 24 and also provided me a link with the tracking information. I had my order the next day. The cologne I got for my husband was great and I am very satisfied with my purchase.
